The best seat in the house, and it helps you stand

A lift chair is a fine recliner with a quiet motor that tilts the whole chair forward to set you gently on your feet. The best of them also recline to zero gravity, cradle you for a nap, and carry you through the night. We carry Golden and Pride side by side, in sizes from petite to tall and wide.

“Your comfort is everything!” Electropedic, since 1964.

Golden Twilight EZ Sleeper
Golden EZ Sleeper with Twilight, PR‑761

By Golden Technologies

Golden Twilight

Golden's patented Twilight tilt‑in‑space cradles the whole chair back about 30 degrees, so your legs rise above your heart while you stay comfortably upright. It relieves pressure points and supports the natural “S” curve of the spine.

The EZ Sleeper PR‑761 is Golden's most advanced chair, with five motors, a power headrest and power lumbar, made for napping, recovery and overnight comfort.

Cloud, Relaxer and MaxiComfort

MaxiComfort is Golden's two‑motor design: the back and legs move independently, a little like a two‑motor electric hospital bed, for zero gravity and infinite positions. The Relaxer PR‑766 adds a three‑pillow waterfall back and an extra‑wide chaise pad.

VivaLift! Tranquil 2 and Ultra

True infinite positioning: the back and footrest move independently, the footrest rises above your heart, and the chair can lay all the way flat. A power headrest and power lumbar fine‑tune the fit, and a lithium backup battery keeps the stand‑assist working in a power outage.

One size does not fit all

A lift chair that fits sets your feet flat on the floor, your back in the cushions and your arms on the rests. Golden's Comforter series shows how wide the range runs.
