A power chair for the life you lead

Some days call for a chair you can fold into the trunk and carry onto a plane. Others call for one that lifts you to eye level, or turns inside a narrow kitchen and runs all day. We are Pride Jazzy specialists, with the largest electric homecare showrooms around, so you can sit in each one and choose with confidence.

“Your comfort is everything!” Electropedic, since 1964.

What you lift, and how far you go

Every power chair is a trade between portability and range. The lighter the chair you lift into the car, the shorter the day it covers. Tap a chair to see where it sits.

Chart of the weight you lift against range per charge for five Jazzy power chairs Heaviest piece you lift, in pounds Range per charge, in miles Folds into the trunk Goes all day

Pride's published figures. Circle size shows weight capacity. Folding chairs are lifted whole, without the battery; the Select and Air 2 come apart, so the largest piece is shown. Range varies with rider weight, terrain and battery.

Pride Jazzy Carbon 27

Jazzy Carbon 27

The lightest Jazzy, built for travel. It folds in seconds, lifts with one hand.

    Three kinds of power chair

Most people know which one they need within a minute of sitting in each. Here is the short version.

    • 27.8 lb

      Folding carbon

For travel and the car. Carbon‑fiber frames fold in seconds, and lithium batteries are designed for air travel. Choose the Carbon HD for up to 400 pounds.

    • 12″

      Elevating

For eye‑level conversation and reaching shelves and counters. The Jazzy Air 2 rises while it drives, so you never wait to join the moment.

    • 22.5″

      Everyday mid‑wheel

For all‑day use at home and around town. Mid‑wheel drive turns in its own footprint, and Active‑Trac suspension smooths the bumps.

    The Jazzy collection

Pride Mobility makes the Jazzy line, and we have been delivering and servicing them for years. Tap any photo to see it larger, then drive the real thing at the Superstore.

    Jazzy Carbon family

Carbon fiber is extremely strong and extremely light, so these chairs fold in a few quick motions and lift into a car, onto a train or through airport security. Freewheel levers let a companion push the chair like a manual wheelchair when needed.

    Jazzy Select

A dependable, comfort‑first chair for all‑day use. Mid‑wheel drive puts you over the drive wheels, so it turns in a tight 22.5‑inch circle around doorways and kitchen islands, and Active‑Trac suspension absorbs bumps indoors and out.

    MACS PL-50 porch lift
    Bruno vertical platform lift
TriLift carrier on a trailer hitch

Up the porch, and into the car

A vertical platform porch lift carries you and your power chair from the driveway to the front door, like a small open‑air elevator. We recommend the MACS PL‑50, and install Bruno, Harmar and Savaria for residential and commercial ADA.

For the car, a Class III hitch carrier lifts the whole power chair behind your vehicle, with no lifting and no changes to the cabin.
