Nature
It starts as a seed
Every Latexpedic mattress begins as the seed of the Hevea brasiliensis tree, once found only in the Amazon rainforest. The tree grows for years before it is ready to give its sap.
Two certificates, read plainly
Anyone can print the word “organic.” These two independent standards are earned through audits, and they cover different parts of the mattress.
GOLS
Global Organic Latex Standard, for the latex core
Developed by Control Union, GOLS requires more than 95% of the latex to be certified organic raw material, from plantations certified organic under USDA NOP or EU rules.
